Cancellation Policy
The $25 Deposits are non-refundable. Clients can change the date and time 24 hours prior to canceling the appointment. Appointments canceled after the 24-hour forfeits the deposit and will have to pay another deposit to secure another booking. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed afterward the appointment is canceled. Refills are two weeks or bi-monthly. After two weeks it’s considered a full set! If you have one week to reschedule your appointment to keep your deposit .
